Exchange & Return

Caffe Fantastico is exceptionally proud of all products, accessories and gifts that we have carefully chosen.

If you are not happy with your purchase, we can accept returns or exchanges of any unopened, unused products within 2 weeks, with proof of purchase. Proof of purchase is required for any refund, and payment will be returned in the same tender it was received. We are unable to refund any used products.Returned merchandise that was originally paid for by Gift Card will be given store credit. Cash will not be issued.

For online purchases, we can only credit the original account that was used to make the purchase. Please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. For purchases through PayPal, the amount will immediately be refunded back to your PayPal account.

For returns that require shipping, please send all information with your return including name, phone number, address where the order was sent, email address, and your receipts. Please pack and seal your return securely using an insured carrier service. Your shipment should be sent prepaid.

If there is any manufacturing fault in the product, we are very happy to find a solution by way of warranty or replacement claim.  For many of our product we do carry stock replacement parts, so if you have broken or lost something, do ask!
